The co-chairs of all world-wide under-40 arbitration groups meet once in a year in a retreat that is dedicated to their exchange, coordination and exploring of opportunities for joint events. At the same time, the retreat is an opportunity to socialize among those that take an active part in shaping the young generation networks.

The organization and responsibility for the weekend retreat rotates among the groups. The first retreat in 2009 was organized by DIS40. The Spanish CEA40 will be in charge of the 2010 retreat.

Guests at the yearly retreats will be leading senior figures who will share insights as well as nominated incoming co-chairs.
